• Orders are only processed after the order form is completed and payment is successfully confirmed.

• All prices are clearly stated at checkout.

• Payment is handled securely by our payment provider.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery: within 72 hours after payment confirmation.

• Express delivery: within 24 hours after payment confirmation (when selected).

Delivery times start once all required order details are received. Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

• Unlimited reasonable revisions are included with every order.

• Revisions may include changes to lyrics, tone, or style.

• If we are unable to meet your expectations after revisions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available if:

• You are not satisfied after revisions, or

• We fail to deliver the product within the agreed timeframe (without prior communication).

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Minor corrections (such as spelling errors) can be requested after ordering.
